For businesses built on expertise

Your business holds morevaluethan it knows how to use.

I uncover where knowledge, time and opportunity get stuck. Then I build what creates the most value: a stronger offer, a working website, an application, automation or an AI system.

AI-native business architect and builder

In practice

Real people. Working systems.

Three organizations, each with different expertise. In every engagement, knowledge became something customers understand and the business can actually use.

The pattern

One pattern. Every project.

Every expert business knows more than its products, customer journeys and systems can use. The first task is deciding where that value is real.

01Chaos

Value trapped in people

Expertise stays in heads. Offers remain vague. Delivery depends on who is available.

02System

Turn expertise into a system

Shape the expertise into clear products, customer journeys and workflows around the real work.

03Scale

Sell and deliver more

Grow without every decision and delivery running through the same people.

How we start

Understand first, then invest

Most people arrive with a solution in mind. We first test whether it solves the right problem, then define the smallest investment that can prove the opportunity.

What can take shape

01Websites that sell and work
02Applications and platforms
03Workflow and process automation
04AI assistants and digital colleagues

Introductory call

Directly with Kris · a clear next step

We look at what you want to change, what is happening today and whether there is enough value to investigate. Then we decide together whether Discovery makes sense.

02

Discovery

€750 excl. VAT, credited against the pilot

Before you commit a larger budget, we separate the desired outcome, facts, assumptions, risks and missing information. You leave knowing whether to stop, change direction or prove one focused opportunity.

Your decision-ready Discovery Dossier contains

01The real goal, problem and desired outcome
02Facts, assumptions, risks and open questions
03The value opportunity and recommended direction
04An execution-ready blueprint and a pilot proposal with scope, price and go/no-go criteria

You leave able to decide: invest with evidence, change direction or consciously stop.

03

Pilot

from €2,500 excl. VAT · 4 weeks on average · Discovery fee credited

We prove it small first: a clearly scoped, working version of what Discovery uncovered, tested with real users and real work. Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed before we start. You get something that works, not slides, and clarity on what is or is not needed next.

04

Realization

from €4,500 excl. VAT

Only when the pilot proves that more is needed do we continue. What works is embedded in the business and expanded only where it adds value, from the same blueprint, with one direction and one point of contact. My own production system covers most implementations; for enterprise scale I work with specialized technical partners. Quoted per project, with clear scope and agreements.

Tell me what is happening in your business. You do not need to know what should be built. A few focused questions will help surface the real opportunity.

Optional, but strongly recommended. It helps me understand you right away.

Who

Humans first, then systems

For sixteen years as an osteopath, people came with pain, a story and often their own explanation. My work was to understand what was really happening before deciding what to treat. I do the same with businesses today: clarify the real problem first, then shape the offer, workflow or system that belongs around it. When it truly needs to be industrial, my technical partners step in.

Not the model, but the harness

Dependency versus sovereignty. Why I don't pick models, but build the harness that makes them swappable. Exit power over benchmarks.

From prompting to compiling

Intent goes in as a brief. Agents act as compiler passes. Eval gates act as the typechecker. The output only ships if it passes every check. I treat AI agents like a compiler, not a slot machine.

The operating system behind OsteosOnline

An osteopathy network doesn't run on a website. It runs on an operating system: knowledge, operations, agents, evidence, and a loop that makes itself smarter. One map, a whole company.

From accountant screenshot to permanent tool

A WhatsApp screenshot of financial tasks. Thirty minutes later, three command-line tools that did not exist before. The difference between doing the work and building the thing that does the work forever.

Let's build something human-first

Bring me the situation, not a specification. We clarify what matters, prove the smallest meaningful step and only then turn what works into a system that can scale.
